Oh but why can't I sign todays Mr. Linky?
Silly question, but I am nearly a full day (21 hrs or something ridiculous) so will I still post mine on Sunday? I will be the very first weekly winners poster!!! YAY. (well aside from you :P)
Sounds great, Lotus..."I'll be back" *she says in her worst Arnie accent* And yes, I guess I'm in the same boat as Veronica...I assume we just post on our Sunday and get the roll on the rest of you. Race you, Veronica! :p

... no offense, but that weekly winners graphic isn't very easy on the eyes... and you want me to put it in my post every Sunday?
Now, I'm not one to complain without offering to help resolve, so if you'll allow it, I'll offer to come up with a replacement graphic that I wouldn't mind using myself. Maybe even a few.
I have a question. Where do I find my weekly post URL? I have never tried to link a specific post anywhere.

I've never linked stuff before like you are talking about but I'll post a picture Sunday then come here and make sure I know what I'm doing.

Veronica - Oooh, I didn't think about that! I won't be posting my Mr. Linky until it's Sunday my time... but you can feel free to post your Weekly Winners on YOUR Sunday. You just won't be adding yourself to the Mr. Linky until MY Sunday. Does that sound like a good idea? Yes, you'll be the leader of the pack!

David - That is all kinds of scary, and I'm going to avoid saying all the awful thing I want to say. All you have to do is come sign MY Mr. Linky, and it works just fine. ;-)

Heh. If you'd like to make some of your own, that'd be just super, I tell ya. I appreciate the offer. It's always nice for people to have a choice, I say. Let me know what you come up with, and we'll add them to this post, so people will see all of them when they click for info. :-)
Junebug - Load your post as a single page (usually just clicking on the title will do that). You should see the URL for it in the address bar when you do that (it won't be the generic homepage URL anymore). Highlight that and copy it (ctrl+C) and then come over here and paste (ctrl+V) it into the Mr. Linky in the URL Field. :-)
MP - let me know if there's anything specific you need help with! The pictures you post on Sunday should be from the previous Sunday - Saturday. So, for example, this coming Sunday, November 18th you'll showcase any of your favorite photos from Sunday, November 11th - Saturday, November 17th. Make sense?
How about a weekly theme, too? It could be posted on Sunday or Monday following the weekly submissions. Nothing too specific, just a prompt really. Unless you want a different picture of my cat every Sunday.
Tuttle - Thanks for the thought! However, I want the Meme to remain the same as my original.
When I started Weekly Winners, it was a way for me to showcase my favorite photos from that week. No boundaries.
I have decided to expand it into a joinable meme only b/c several people liked the original idea and wanted to join in.
I'd like for people to just shoot away and then show us all what they liked the best out of what they got.
If that's gonna be your cat every week, so be it, yo.
PS: There's technically already a Weekly Meme that offers a different "theme" for a photo every week, btw.

There's a list of themes for each week (find the lists on the sidebar), and the Meme posts on Saturdays.
